To cater for everyone who wants to train with us in a way that they feel safe, we are now offering indoors-, outdoors and online classes.

The current time table can always be seen in our booking app Glofox.

If you're coming to the gym to train, you have to book this via Glofox. This is an obligatory condition stipulated by the government.

Hands must be washed /sanitized upon entering the gym.

Equipment and training area must be cleaned after use.

Towels and water bottles must be brought or bought at the gym.

Masks should not be worn while training.
