Powerlifting Weekend
Two days of focused powerlifting technique & coaching

Venue: Spartan Power (San Ġwann), Malta
Details:
Duration: 2 full days of training and seminars
Price: €100
Requirements: Open to all levels—perfect for powerlifters, strength athletes, and anyone curious about the sport.
What You’ll Learn:
Powerlifting technique workshops (squat, bench, deadlift)
Programming strategies for strength gains
Competition preparation and attempt selection
Hands-on coaching and feedback from experienced coaches
Hangout and lift with other enthusiasts.

Swedish Training Camp
Three days of training, community, and sunshine in Malta.
Dates & Location:
November 6–8, 2025
June 4–6, 2026
Venue: All Spartan gyms (Dungeon, Sigma, Power) + outdoor training
Language: The camp will be held in Swedish
Details:
Duration: 3 days with 2-3 training sessions each day
Price: €130
Requirements: Suitable for all training backgrounds—ideal for those who want to train in a fun environment together with others, and enjoys a mix of strength, conditioning, and functional training.
What we will do:
A mix of kettlebells, strength, and conditioning sessions. Group training formats indoors and outdoors. Mobility, technique, strength and high intensity training mixed.
Community-based training atmosphere while enjoying the Maltese sun.

Kettlebell Instructor Course
Our signature course that we have held for 7 years. This is what we specialize in!
Learn kettlebells in depth — build skills to teach & coach others.

Venue: Spartan Dungeon (Sliema) & Spartan Sigma (Birkirkara), Malta

Duration: 2 full days
Price: €350 — includes a course t-shirt
Deposit: 50% required (non-refundable but transferable)
Requirements: Training background and general knowledge of anatomy/training recommended. Perfect for personal trainers wanting more kettlebell knowledge, or enthusiasts who want to learn for themselves.
What You’ll Learn:
- A wide range of kettlebell techniques (fundamental and advanced variations)
- Teaching skills—how to guide others and correct form.
